Get a Grip on Your Ego Ego continues to make itself identified to me in interesting methods as I dig deeper into the impression it has on our enterprise and relationships. In meetings we will all dimension up the egos within the room inside minutes. Trust is eroded, sincerity is diminished, accuracy of assessments of others is clouded and judgment can take over. Ego can positively or negatively have an effect on a dialogue or determination in a matter of moments. Understanding the early warning indicators of ego, each for yourself and others provides steadiness to our habits. Learning to balance our ego all through the day can be onerous. Just one minu te out of an hour-long assembly can change the course of the entire meeting. After my teaching season this week I am dedicated to pay attention more, seek to know, take into consideration others and provides ego its correct steadiness in my life.
